Radne grupe

U okviru EHEDG udruženja, nekoliko hiljada internacionalnih stručnjaka iz prehrambene industrije, proizvođači prehrambene opreme i doktori nauka sastaju se u radnim grupama da bi delili njihovo bogato znanje.

Ovi timovi stručnjaka odgovorni su za razvoj EHEDG vodiča. Svaka radna grupa je odgovorna za određenu stručnu oblast i u okviru svake oblasti definisana su određena, specifičana polja istraživanja.
